How to Submit

Abstracts for individual paper presentation must be prepared for blind review and sent to IHSRC 2023 committee (ihsrc2023@gmail.com).

Abstracts should include:

● Author(s)

● Affiliation information

● E-mail

● Presentation title

● Abstract text (about 200 words)

Deadline for submissions is ~~April 15th~~ May 31st, 2023(extended).

Decisions will be sent out no later than April 30th, and June 15th (extended), 2023.

Each abstract presentation will be grouped with two other presentations for a total of 3 presentations per session. Each abstract presentation will be 20 minutes, with 10 minutes for Q&A (a total of 30 minutes). The session length is 90 minutes.

Participation Fee:

Early rate – 30,000 yen
(For full time student – 20,000 yen)

after July 1 to July 31

Normal rate – 35,000yen
(For full time student – 25,000 yen)
